Conrad Rollings joined Redbirds Lacrosse as a Novice player in 1999. He had been an enthusiastic supporter of his older brother Mike's efforts on the lacrosse floor and was ready to try his hand at the game. Conrad's size and strength led him to become a natural choice to play Goalie. He spent several years as a net-minder, coming up through the ranks from Peewee to Midget where he made his case to become an offender. He played Intermediate Box Lacrosse under the tutelage of his brother, Mike, who was his Coach as well as mentor Conrad was an outstanding cheerleader on the and off the lacrosse floor. He enjoyed the game and loved spending time with his teammates.

He had a passion for play and above all else, understood the spirit of TEAM.

Conrad passed away suddenly on December 5th, 2013 in a car accident at the age of 23.

Conrad's family is grateful that he had the privilege of knowing some skilled and patient coaches and mentors. They acknowledge the gifts of mentorship and the spirit of camaraderie that the sport of lacrosse provided to Conrad.

'Conrad's Kids' is a charitable trust formed in his memory with the intention of providing assistance to low income individuals who wish to join Redbirds Lacrosse.

The Memorial Tournament in his honour is held at the end of May each year.
