PROGRAM INFORMATION
Ball and stick skills, contact skills, positional play, game situations and rules.
After completion of the clinics, games will be implemented for the remainder of the season with full game situations.
(full floor, refs and timekeepers)Coaches needed
In order to have games we will need coaches. If we do not have committed coaches this season we will be unable to transfer into game situations for the last half of the program.Volunteers with lacrosse experience or interested in learning the game are welcomed.
Must be willing to commit to the program.

These will be run out of Ray Twinney Complex in Newmarket.
Why House League?
Since 1997, the Newmarket Redbirds Lacrosse Association has offered a coed Box House League program for youth aged 5 to U17.
Our goal is to learn the game, make friends, and most importantly, to have fun. We encourage a friendly competitive environment, personal and team statistics are not recorded.
Our program is to establish a love for the game that will encourage players to return back as each season comes.
Through clinics and game situations, players will learn the rules of the game, essential ball and stick skills, and most importantly teamwork.
Parents are more than welcome to volunteer as a coach or assist in other ways to share the experience with their child.
Required equipment: helmet, mouthguard, gloves, shoulder pads, kidney pads, arm guards, stick and a good pair of running shoes.
