About Rep Box Lacrosse

Redbirds Box Rep teams compete in Zone 10 of the OLA. Teams typically practice 1 x per week (Mondays or Tuesdays) and have game play 1 - 2 x per week (Wednesdays or Thursdays). Teams also compete in 1 - 2 tournaments over the season (Mid-May - August) and the Provincial Championships.

The Provincial Championships are held each year, a 10 day long event starting on the August long week-end.  Each age division will play for 3 days of this event.  All the teams in the province attend and are split into Categories, based on their play during the regular season.

Over the years, Redbirds has placed several players onto the Team Ontario  - compete for the National Championships.

Many players move on to play at the Junior Level - either in the Junior B Redbirds program, or other Junior A programs across the province.
